2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes

1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1 cup finely chopped onion

12 cloves garlic , minced

1 1/2 tablespoons grapeseed oil (other oil ok)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon chili powder

3 serrano chilies , stemmed and minced (optional)

2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans red kidney beans , rinsed and drained (optional)

1 teaspoon dried Mexican oregano

1 tablespoon brown sugar

For the 1st Spice Dump

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 cup bulgar wheat

3/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

For the 2nd spice Dump

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)

1 tablespoon sweet paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (1/2 tsp if you're adventurous)

2 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
