1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1 medium zucchini , julienned

fried red onion flakes (for garnish; optional)

6 ounces unsweetened coconut milk

2 tablespoons peanut oil

1 stalk lemongrass , trimmed,pounded,and finely chopped

2 shallots , minced

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

salt (to taste)

1 tablespoon minced gingerroot

1 celery rib , finely sliced

1 1/2 cups napa cabbage , shredded

2 cloves garlic , minced
