1/2 cup almonds, chopped

1/2 cup uncooked millet

2 tbsp ground flax

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup Sucanat (or brown sugar)

1/2-3/4 tsp kosher salt, or to taste

1/2 tsp cinnamon

heaping 2 tbsp applesauce

1/4 cup Brown Rice Syrup (or other liquid sweetener)

3 tbsp Maple Cinnamon Almond Butter w/ hemp, flax, chia (or other nut butter)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 vanilla beans, scraped (optional)

1/2 tsp almond extract
