Ingredients for 4 servings

4 pcs chicken breast

4 tomatoes, skin removed, chopped

1 onion chopped

5 green chillies (deseeded)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 table spoon masala powder

4 gloves of garlic

1 big piece of ginger

3 tbs oil

6 lady fingers

1 tsp salt

Preparation

1.

In a pot/pan, add chicken, garlic, ginger and salt.Cook on medium heat until the water from the chicken has dried and chicken is half cooked. Should be about 10-15 mins.

Remove skin of tomatoes.

Add oil, tomatoes, green chillies, and onion, masala powder, lady fingers. Cover and cook for 20-30 minutues. Add some water if needed more gravy.

4.

Once done, sprinkles of black pepper on it and stir well.

5.

servce with rice.
