Chicken on the bone
3 tomatoes, skin removed, chopped
1 onion chopped
4 green chillies (sliced and deseeded)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste (mixed in half cup of water)
Ginger thinly sliced
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp masala powder/chili powder
1/2 cup of oil
1 tsp salt
In a pot, add chicken and ginger paste and onion, cover the lid and cook until chicken half cooked or water has dried off.
Once chicken is half done, add Tomatoes, oil, green chilies, chili powder, black pepper, salt. Cover the lid and cook for 5 mins.
Add ginger slices and seeds, coriander and cook for another 5 mins on low heat.
