4 cups chicken or vegetable stock

1 cup dry white wine

1/2 cup onions, finely chopped

1 cup cauliflower, chopped to about 1/2″ pieces

1 ripe tomato, roughly chopped

kernels from 1 ear of corn

2 tablespoons lemon thyme, thyme or any other herb you wish

2-3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

salt and pepper to taste
