Caipirinha

In light of opening day of the 2014 World Cup, we couldn’t help but feature the national cocktail of Brazil: the ever-potent Caipirinha! Capirinhas are made from muddling limes with cane sugar and Cachaça—a Brazilian brandy made from sugar cane. The result is a strong but deceptively refreshing drink. In other words, slightly dangerous! Here, we used Noble Tonic 01: Bourbon Barrel Maple Syrup which adds a sweet and smokey note that balances out the tartness of the lime—dare we say—even better than the original? Cheers!
