4 stalks celery, chopped

2 carrots, peeled and chopped splash vegetable oil

1 tablespoon fresh thyme (1 teaspoon if you’re using dried)

1 or 2 bay leaves

1/4 cup flour

2 cups low sodium chicken stock

1 cup fresh or frozen peas

1/2 cup light cream
