200 grams chicken thigh

1 tbsp minced ginger

100 grams boiled potato

1/2 cup palm oil

2-3 tbsps mussamun paste

1 cup coconut cream

1 cup coconut milk

2 tbsps roasted peanuts

3 pieces roasted cadamon

2 leaves roasted bay leaf

1 piece roasted cinnamon stick

2 tbsps fish sauce

2 tbsps palm sugar

2 tbsps dissolved tamarind paste
