Cheesy Corn Cake

Ingredients for 4 servings

1 - 15 oz can Cream-style corn

1 - 15 oz can Whole kernel corn

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

1 cup sour cream

1/2 stick butter or margarine

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp chives

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

1.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix softened butter with all ingredients in a medium sized bowl

3.

Spread mixture into greased 8"x10" glass baking dish and bake for 45 minutes

4.

Remove dish from oven and sprinkle more shredded cheddar cheese on top

5.

Bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
