Grandma's Sour Tamarind, Fish Curry Fried Fish Balls.

For those prepare dinner in the afternoon, should not pour tamarind juice. Only add tamarind juice when you are ready to serve.

Ingredients for 4 servings

20 shallots (ingredients A)

4 big onion (ingredients B)

depends quantity curry leaves (ingredients A)

half a bowl of fish curry powder (ingredients A)

sour tamarind paste

10 raw fried fish balls (ingredients B)

just to taste sugar

6 tablespoons oil (ingredients A)

Preparation

1.

Cut half of sour tamarind paste and strain it with water. Put aside.

2.

Take 20 shallot and finely chopped. Put aside.

3.

Take 4 big onion and cut it in a big portion. Set aside.

4.

Take 10 big raw fried fish balls and cut each to half. Put aside.

5.

Heat up wok and pour some oil. Gently stir fry shallots till it become tender but not crispy. then add those curry leaves and curry powder. Gently stir it using low heat.

6.

Add ingredients B into the wok. Gently stir it with ingredients A

7.

Stir fry for a while, then add some sugar to taste.

8.

Lastly, pour strained sour tamarind into the wok. Pour bit by bit to taste. And done.
