Ingredients for 17 servings

Two ripe bananas

One cup oatmeal

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

1.

Preheat oven to 350°

2.

Using a large fork, mash bananas and oatmeal together until it’s a big blob of banana oatmeal messiness

3.

Add other ingredients and mash in as well

4.

Roll into balls and put on an un-greased pan, pushing them down gently with your fingers. These don’t spread at all, so you can fit a lot onto one pan.

5.

Bake for 12 minutes
