2 Tbsp. white miso

1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger

3 to 4 drops Tabasco

2 medium cucumbers , sliced thinly on a mandolin

2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce

2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar

1 Tbsp. lime juice

2 Tbsp. cilantro

1 scallion , thinly sliced

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 fresh lime , cut into wedges

Fresh cracked pepper , to taste
