3/4 cup lightly packed light brown sugar

1 tsp. ground ginger

1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp. table salt

1/8 tsp. freshly ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

1/8 tsp. ground cloves
