I made this cocktail tonight with the recommended Bluecoat American Dry Gin. You might think that this drink would lean to the sweet side because of the Limoncello, but it doesn't. A tart, refreshing cocktail....perfect for warm weather. This is going to be my go to drink for taking the edge off of the summertime heat. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

Ingredients for 1 serving

2 large sprigs fresh thyme; more for garnish

1-1/2 fl. oz. (3 Tbs.) gin, preferably Bluecoat American Dry

1/2 fl. oz. (1 Tbs.) limoncello, preferably Averna Limoni di Sicilia

1/2 fl. oz. (1 Tbs.) fresh lime juice
