2 tbsp butter , melted

1/2 tsp each salt and pepper

1 cup chicken stock

1/2 cup white wine , (or chicken stock with 2 tsp/10mL white wine vinegar)

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
