1 cup red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1 package (12 ounces drained weight) firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes

2 tomatoes, chopped

1 tablespoon chili powder

2 teaspoons cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne

1 medium avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled

1 tablespoon finely chopped scallion

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

1/4 teaspoon salt
