Kai Pa Lo | Hard Boiled Eggs And Tofu In Brown Broth

Ingredients for 4 servings

5-10 garlic clove

2 tsps black pepper

2-3 coriander root

12 eggs or more if using Quail eggs

3-4 tbsps soya sauce

1 tbsp coconut sugar

2-3 cups water

6-12 pieces tofu/Fried tofu

Preparation

1.

boiled eggs 8-10 minutes to get hard boiled eggs

2.

mix garlic, black pepper and coriander roots in a mortar or a food processor until it is fined and mixed together

3.

heat a pan and add vegetable oil, then add a mix in item 2 into the pan

4.

stir it until you smell the flavor then add Tofu and seasoning with soya sauce/black soya sauce

5.

add hard boiled eggs and stir fry it together

6.

add warm water and heat until it is boiled then add coconut sugar and more soya sauce(if it is not salty yet)

7.

the taste should be salty-led with a mix of light sweet
