2 cup chicken stock

3 tbsp unsalted butter

6 large Roma Tomatoes

1/2 tsp sage leaves

Salt and white pepper

1/2 lb mixed mushrooms, cleaned, trimmed and cut in bite-size pieces

2 large baking potatoes (about 600 to 700 g, 24 to 25 oz)
