3 Tbs. freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

1 Tbs. olive oil

3/4 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

1/4 tsp. minced fresh rosemary

1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

1/2 lb. freshly ground beef

1/2 lb. fresh bulk pork sausage or link sausage, lightly crumbled

1 tsp. salt

1-1/2 tsp. crumbled dried basil

3/4 tsp. crumbled dried sage
