Ingredients for 4 servings

1 (10 5/8 ounce) package quorn meatballs, defrosted on counter for 15 minutes

2 egg yolks

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika or regular paprika

2 tablespoons sugar , preferably unrefined sugar

5 garlic cloves , roasted with a little

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice , and

1/2 teaspoon cumin seed , toasted and ground

1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

salt & freshly ground black pepper

1 pinch cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon grated lime zest

olive oil , until soft

1/2 teaspoon coriander seed , toasted and ground

1 lemon, juice and zest of

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon salt
