Digestive Biscuits : 1 cup
Butter : 1/4 cup
Lime : 10
Condensed milk : 2 cans (14 oz)
Making a crust base: Grate the Digestive Biscuits 1 cup and add the dissolved butter. Mix them up. Put a little vegetable oil around a baking pan. Pour the mixing in the baking pan. Preheat the oven to 375 F and bake the crust base for 8 minutes.
Shred lime zest 1 big tea spoon.
Squeeze lime juice 1/2 cup.
Add 4 egg yolks+ 14 oz condensed milk +1/2 lime juice and mix up.
Pour the filling to the crust base.
Preheat the oven to 375 F and bake it for 10 minutes. Cool the pie down and put it in a refrigerator more than 2 hrs.
