Pistou Ingredients

2 zucchini (halved lengthwise, then sliced thinly crosswise)

2 teaspoons salt (divided in half)

3 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup fresh basil leaf

1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 large carrots (chopped)
