500 g Kipfler potatoes, peeled and sliced in half, lengthways

500 g tomatoes, seeded and roughly chopped

150 g peas, fresh or frozen

1 x large red onion, finely sliced

1 x long red chilli, seeded and finely chopped

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp madras curry powder

fresh coriander leaves, to serve
