2 tablespoons chopped garlic

1 cup diced mango

Avocado Mango Salsa

Salt to taste

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup toasted, salted cashews

1/4 cup lime juice, strained

1 tablespoon orange zest

2 tablespoons lime juice, strained

1 tablespoon cumin seeds

1 tablespoon honey
