Ingredients for 4 servings

1 cup whole wheat couscous

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 Large cucumber

1 can Garbanzo beans

1/2 box of cherry tomatoes

1/2 small red onion

1/2 cup fresh chopped mint

1 whole lemon juiced

Preparation

1.

Cook 1 cup couscous as instructed. In a large bowl throw all together your chopped cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, red onion, garbanzo beans. Then add your cooked couscous and mix it up. Drizzle in some olive oil and squeeze in the lemon juice and add your chopped mint. BOOM BITCHES!
