1 pound halibut, cut into bite-size pieces

1/4 cup lime juice

juice and zest 1 lemon

1 small jalapeno, seeded and sliced

1 yellow pepper (red or orange are fine too), seeded and julienned

salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp cilantro, fine diced

1 avocado, sliced thin, for garnish
