8 Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb salmon fillet, skin on, cut into 4 fillets
  • 3 Tbsps light miso paste
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2-3 tsps agave nectar or honey
  • 1-2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsps sweet white wine
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Good taste but I definitely would not cook so long at such high heat again. Not sure why they instruct to do that- dries it out.
