2 cup whole milk, plus 2 tbsp

8 tbsp risotto rice

Zest of 1 organic lemon

1/2 tsp pure lemon extract

2-3 tbsp blond cane sugar, or more, according to taste

1 x organic green apple, cored and sliced (squeeze some lemon juice on top to prevent discoloration)

1 x pink grapefruit, white membrane removed and sliced

Fresh mint leaves

Grated coconut

Raspberry sauce
