12 Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp , peeled and deveined
  • 2 stalks lemongrass , peeled and chopped, or lemon zest or myrtle leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 x galangal , or ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 x birds eye chili , or other hot chili or 1 tsp chili sauce, etc
  • 1/4 cup cilantro , chopped
  • 1 x lime , juice and zest
  • 2 x green onions , sliced
  • 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
  • 2 tbs fish sauce
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 2 tbs palm sugar , grated or sugar

This is a fabulous recipe. So full of flavor. Due to excessive rain today, I sauteed the shrimp instead of grilled, but they were super tasty and a big hit with my lunch guests. Yum! Thank you!
