I did use tofu, but since there's Greek yoghurt as well, you could probably skip the tofu... I was thinking to add cream cheese maybe some sour cream... Maybe next time! I'll let u know

Ingredients for 3 servings

2 (14oz) cans water-packed artichokes, well drained

4 oz organic silken tofu

3 large cloves garlic

1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated

2/3 cup Plain Yogurt (or Greek)

1/4 tsp fine grain sea salt or more to taste

1 pinch Cayenne Pepper

more x Parmesan to sprinkle on top
