Ingredients for 6 servings

3 Cup Sweet Corn Zabaglione

2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 Halibut Fillets (6-ounce)

Kosher Salt (to taste)

Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

2 Cup Fresh Arugula (tough stems removed, chilled)

1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)

½ Cup Red Onion (thinly sliced)

½ Cup Fresh Yellow Corn Kernels (about half an ear)
