1/4 cup light roast peanut flour made with USA-GROWN PEANUTS

2 cups all-purpose flour, divided

1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar, divided

5 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted and divided

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 medium mangoes (about 2 pounds), peeled and chopped*

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk

1 large egg
