Channa dal - 1 1/2 tsp

urad dal - 1 1/2 tsp, split

Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp

green chilly - 2, slit and chopped very fine

Dry Red Chilly - 1, broken into pieces

cumin - 1 tsp

mustard seeds - 1 tsp

curry Leaves - 4

mint - 1/4 cup, leaves

cilantro - 1/4 cup, loosely packed, chopped

Grated coconut - 1/2 cup, fresh

salt - to taste
