3 cups cooked and shredded chicken (a rotisserie bird works perfectly)

1 cup green grapes, cut into quarters or eighths depending on size

1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

1/2 cup light mayonnaise (or more or less to taste)

Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
