spelt flour - 1 1/2 cups, sprouted

oat bran - 1 cup

baking powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons

baking soda - 1 teaspoon

eggs - 2 (or 4 egg whites or egg substitute)

agave nectar (Sohgave! Amber) - 1/2 cup

canola oil - 1/4 cup

unsweetened soymilk - 3/4 cup (or 1% low fat milk)

vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

lemon zest - of 1 lemon

blueberries - 1 1/2 cups, fresh or frozen

OAT TOPPING -

oatmeal - 1 cup

flax seeds - 2 tablespoons

cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

agave nectar (Sohgave! Light) - 1/4 cup
