  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 large red peppers, diced (about 2 2/3 cups)
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 of a 1-lb package linguine, cooked and drained
