2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (zest the skin first)

2 tbsp white wine

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

2 x cloves garlic, crushed

Pinch of salt

A few grindings of black pepper

1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)

Tabasco, to taste

3 tbsp finely chopped fresh Italian parsley

Hot cooked brown rice
