1/2 cup chopped onions

1 tablespoon garlic , minced

1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese , (part skim)

4 cups tomato sauce , (zesty, store bought)

1 box whole wheat lasagna noodles , (not fresh)

1/2 cup Parmesan , (optional - but adds so much flavour)
