  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 6 plum tomatoes, cut into three slices, seeds removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley (optional)
  • dash of cayenne
