1/2 walnuts or almonds
3 tsp honey
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 cup cashew presoaked
5 dried apricots
1 TBSP orange zest
2 tsp honey
1 TBSP poppy seed for garnish
For the crust - pass the walnuts or almonds into a grinder, combine with the others ingredients and mix them well.
Press into the bottom of a form pan.
For the filling - blend all the ingredients in a food processor until it's creamy and smooth.
Pour the filling over the crust.
Chill in the freezer for about 1-2 hours.
