1-2 tbsp chilled organic raw tahini, as needed

2-3 tbsp clean tasting apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

3-6 tbsp cold plain rice, nut or hemp milk

1-2 tsp honey or raw agave nectar, to taste

1/4 - 1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp xanthan gum

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Optional: a dab of your favorite mustard, to taste
