2 x green onions , sliced

1 handful cilantro

2 handful mint , chopped

1 tbs fish sauce

1 x lime , juice and zest

1 tsp palm sugar , grated or sugar

1 x birds eye chili , chopped

1 handful peanuts , roasted and chopped, optional
