1 small bunch of vegetable leaves (lettuce,bok choy or other green vegetables)

6 fresh shiitake mushrooms chopped

one small section of ginger mashed (around 2 teaspoon)

½ teaspoon black pepper powder

½ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon starch

1 teaspoon cooking wine

½ tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon chili oil

1 teaspoon vinegar
