2 filets salmon
2 lemons (halved)
3 tbsps olive oil
lemon pepper seasoning or just pepper
In a small bowl squeeze the life out of each lemon half. Remove seeds from the juice. Literally squeeze every drop you can from them.
Pour the juice into a medium sized ziplock bag.
Add the olive oil to the bag and close it tight.
Squish the combination around with your fingers.
Use a fork to poke holes in both sides of each filet. This helps the juices seep in.
Put both salmon filets in the bag. Squish the mixture around so the filets get nice and covered.
Lay the bag flat in your fridge and marinate for about 15 minutes.
Pre-heat the oven to 375
When done marinating lay the salmon filets on a piece of foil on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle some lemon-pepper seasoning (or ground pepper) on both filets.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
