9 Ingredients

  • 4 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil or vegetable oil
  • 1-1/2 cup cold cooked rice
  • 1-1/3 cup diced fully cooked ham
  • 1-1/2 tsps garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 dashes chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Toss in a couple handful of shredded iceberg lettuce for a nice crunch and use a teaspoon of finely chopped fresh garlic instead when the oil is hot. Awesome flavor.

I used olive oil, added scallions and Siracha...quick easy and flavor driven. Perfect for those "Why-I-am-wide-awake-at-2am-watching-Die Hard-on-cable? " on cable nights....
