Ingredients for 15 servings

Homemade tomato salsa

Guacamole

1 Tbsp. canola oil

1/2 pound 100 percent grass-fed ground beef

1 package taco seasoning , set aside 2 Tbsp.

1 package mini phyllo shells , approximately 15 (you can find them in the frozen section of your market)

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese , shredded small (I like to use white cheddar, but yellow is fine too)
