0 x Some squids or shrimps - I used frozen, there is no need to thaw them first

0 x A tablespoon of shredded ginger

0 x A tablespoon of chopped scallions

0 x A couple of tablespoons of hot bean paste - I used vegetarian XO sauce but you can use any kind of bean paste or black bean garlic sauce

0 x A splash of sesame oil
