2 overripe bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups oats
1 1/3 cups flour
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mash bananas with a fork, then mix in the egg and peanut butter.
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix well.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
With a teaspoon, drop dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10-11 minutes.
Allow to cool on the cookie sheet for a minute before removing.
