1 (3 ounce) container radish sprouts

1 golden delicious apple , halved, cored and thinly sliced

1 gala apples , halved, cored and thinly sliced

1/2 seedless cucumber , cut in thin strips

2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

1 red bell pepper , seeded and cut into thin strips

3 scallions , thinly sliced

1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar

1 granny smith apple , halved, cored and thinly sliced

3/4 cup cilantro

1 tablespoon honey
